Union Budget 2012: FM could have done much more

Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee could have done much more considering that he will have less leeway for bold reform measures in next year's Budget since it is going to be the last pre-poll Budget, says Sourav Majumdar, editor-in-chief, Entrepreneur magazine.
