Budget 2012: Done good job within constraints, says parliamentarian

Though the government is almost getting brickbats for a very weak Budget, its supporters still think it to boost growth. In absence of a strong reform agenda, Ashwini Kumar, MoS, Parliamentary Affairs still feels that the government have done a reasonably good job within the constraints.
