    Nexxoft Infotel Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2013, inter alia, has considered the following:1. The Registered Office of the Company is hereby changed from Flat No.301, 3rd Floor, Sahithi Arcade, Behind Police Station, S R Nagar, Hyderabad 500038 to Plot No. 29, Sri Srinivasa Puram Colony, Vanastalipuram, Hyderabad - 500070.2. Reviewed the Operations of its 100% subsidiary company, considering the current company’s financial position and market conditions, the Board has decided to liquidate the investment in subsidiary to meet part of its obligations.Source : BSE
