Anus Laboratories has obtained an extension for three months to hold Annual General Meeting till December 31, 2013 from the Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh to hold its Annual Meeting of share holders. The date of Annual General Meeting will be intimated in due course of time.

Anus Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that, pursuant to section 166(1) of Companies Act 1956, the Company has obtained an extension for three months to hold Annual General Meeting till December 31, 2013 from the Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh to hold its Annual Meeting of share holders.
