The company is set to buy the remaining 30prcnt stake in its subsidiary, Swiss Parenterals, from Naishadh Shah for Rs 423.3 crore. In exchange, the company will issue 23.06 lakh shares on a preferential basis to Naishadh Shah. The proposed transaction is expected to complete tentatively before March 31, 2026.
