Karmma Calling, available on JioHotstar (formerly Disney+ Hotstar), is the Indian adaptation of ABC’s popular series Revenge, which starred Madeleine Stowe and Emily VanCamp. The American show itself was inspired by Alexandre Dumas’s classic French novel The Count of Monte Cristo.

The Indian version starred Raveena Tandon and Namrata Sheth, and the storyline revolved around a woman who returns to a wealthy coastal town to exact revenge on those who wronged her father two decades earlier. Rachit’s presence in the show helped him gain wider recognition in the industry.
