When it comes to legendary Bollywood pairs, it’s unthinkable to overlook Dharmendra and Hema Malini. The iconic duo not only brought enchantment to the screen but also shared a love story that continues to attract attention.

According to media sources, Dharmendra and Hema Malini’s romance started during the filming of the 1970 film Tum Haseen Main Jawan. Dharmendra fell for the veteran actress and reportedly consistently sought opportunities to impress Bollywood’s Dream Girl.

However, he allegedly bribed spot boys to gain extra time with Hema while filming the 1975 hit Sholay. The reports suggested that Dharmendra was teaching Hema Malini to use a revolver for the film. He then allegedly bribed the spot boys to create a disturbance during the scene so that he could hug Hema over and over.

The reports suggested that Dharmendra paid the spot boy Rs 20 to create the disturbances on the set, either by dropping a reflector or messing up with a trolley on his cue.

Dharmendra reportedly spent Rs 2000 during his efforts, and Hema Malini was actually left impressed with his drama.
