Venkatesh Daggubati's pet dog Google passes away, actor pens an emotional note

Telugu star Venkatesh Daggubati is grieving the loss of his beloved pet dog, Google, who was a constant source of joy in his life. The actor penned a heartfelt tribute, expressing gratitude for the unconditional love and companionship he received over the years.

Venkatesh Daggubati, a Telugu actor, is mourning the passing of Google, his cherished pet dog.

The actor paid a moving homage to his pet on social media, sharing his profound sadness and appreciation for the years of unwavering love he had with him.

Venkatesh wrote a heartfelt message and shared two cute images with Google on his official X handle. He wrote, "My beloved Google. Over the last 12 years, you filled our lives with unconditional love and beautiful memories. You were our sunshine. Today we said goodbye to you and the void you leave behind is beyond words. I’ll miss you forever, dear friend…."

The post immediately struck a chord with fans and the film fraternity. Actress Lakshmi Manchu commented, "How lucky are you both to have had such love… RIP Google." Actor Ravi Varma also extended his condolences, writing, "OmG !! Sir.. Google ??!! I am so sorry to hear that !! Rest In Peace Google!!"

Fans joined in to share their grief and support. One wrote, "He lived a good life in your care. He will surely be missed. Om Shanthi." Another commented, "So sad to hear this @VenkyMama. Is this the same one which acted in F2 movie?"

The actor's touching post demonstrates the close relationship he had with his pet, who had been with him for more than ten years.

Regarding his career, Venkatesh most recently starred in Sankranthiki Vasthunam (January 2025), which became the third-highest grossing Indian film of the year. The second season of Netflix's Rana Naidu, which co-starred Arjun Rampal and Rana Daggubati, also garnered him a great deal of praise.

As he grieves the loss of his devoted friend, fans are still sending the actor love and support.
