Veer Pahariya thanks trolls, says it is getting him more work: 'Troll even more so that...'

Bollywood actor Veer Pahariya, who made his acting debut with SkyForce opposite Akshay Kumar, has taken the trolling in a positive way.

Bollywood actor Veer Pahariya, who made his acting debut with SkyForce opposite Akshay Kumar, has taken the trolling in a positive way.

Veer Pahariya's dance steps from the hit song 'Rang' went viral and the actor's hook step was also called 'langdi'. But in an interview with Hauterrfly, Veer Pahariya said the trolling was actually helpful for him as it has led to a rise in his social media profile.

In the interview, Veer further said that he has looked up to actor who get trolled. "I love it; I live for it. My whole life I’ve looked up to actors who get trolled and who have lookalikes, and they become a meme. I have become a meme; can you imagine? I’m immortalised with this dance. Who knew me 20 days ago? Now if I do langdi here, they will recognise me," he told the publication.

Veer further added that the trolling has actually increased his engagement on social media. Veer says he is invited more for gigs and is getting more work. "I'll say this for the first time. Since my song came out and since it went viral and got trolled, my engagement has increased so much that so many doors and avenues have opened up for me after that. I’ve already performed at two weddings. I did that langdi step with the bride."

Veer says he has taken it all positively and is getting more work thanks to his hook step which was actually criticised by many. "So many work opportunities have opened because people now know who I am. I’ve got a hit song. I’ve got weddings, which is every actor’s dream - to be able to dance and perform at weddings. To those who are trolling, I will please wish that they troll even more so that I get even more weddings. And I earn money," said Veer.

Veer made an impressive debut in Sky Force, where he played the role of an Air Force Officer who sacrifices his life for his nation. The movie was based on the Sargodha airbase in the Indo-Pak War of 1965.

The film also had Akshay Kumar, Sara Ali Khan, and Nimrat Kaur in the lead role.

Sky Force received positive reviews and we at Money Control also gave the movie 4 stars.
