
Bollywood superstars, including Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, and Akshay Kumar, have recently praised the Mumbai Police for their service as it celebrated ten years of social media presence. The Mumbai Police has frequently posted creative and entertaining social media ads about Bollywood actors, their movies, and their speeches.
The Mumbai Police had shared a campaign in 2017 featuring a scene from Amitabh Bachchan’s film Deewar. The veteran actor reacted to the campaign now and tweeted, “T 5609(i) - Aaj khush toh bahut honge hum!@MumbaiPolice & @CPMumbaiPolice have completed 10 glorious years on social media, forever looking out for Mumbaikars Online!"

However, Shah Rukh Khan also replied to a tweet regarding his 2017 film Darr, which was released by the Mumbai Police. King Khan tweeted, “70 minute nahi, poori zindagi ka sawaal hai! And Mumbai Police has committed their lives to prioritise our safety!”

Meanwhile, Mumbai Police launched a campaign giving a nod to his film franchise Hera Pheri in 2018. On the work front, Amitabh Bachchan was last seen in Vettaiyan, directed by TJ Gnanavel. It also starred Rajinikanth, Fahadh Faasil, Rana Daggubati, and Manju Warrier. He is yet to announce a new project.
