Vedant Mahajan, the 26-year-old entrepreneur behind MVM Entertainment, has reached another milestone in his career by acquiring a stake in the US-based ticketing platform 'Flite,' valued at an impressive $14 million. Sharing the news on social media, Vedant highlighted the synergy between his latest venture and MVM Entertainment.
Speaking about the same, Vedant Mahajan shared, "One big challenge we faced was finding the right ticketing partner. We tried a bunch of the top players in the U.S., but kept running into issues—late payments, no guest profiling, no dynamic pricing, and zero useful insights. That’s when we found Flite. Their tech completely changed the game, fixing all those issues and giving us insights we didn’t even know we needed."
Further, Mahajan shared that he was excited to reach out to the founders, who turned out to be "NYU grads who built this from their dorms with no funding or resources". He added, "Their vision blew me away, and I knew I had to get involved."
