Celebrities, especially actors in Bollywood, follow a strict fitness regimen and eat healthy, as they need to look good. While most of them adhere to a routine, there are some for whom being healthy is a way of life. And it’s not only physical health that they focus on. Many are spreading awareness about the importance of being mentally healthy too. Here are some who motivate and inspire their fans:

3. Malaika Arora tops the list when it comes to sharing her love for all things fitness and health on social media and other channels. Apart from hitting the gym and doing yoga, she is careful about what she eats and prefers to stay healthy. Her social media posts are often about fitness and health and she strongly advocates it to others.
