Actress Divyanka Tripathi had recently met with an accident and had broken both her forearm bones. The ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ actress was advised immediate surgery as the arm was broken in two places.
The actress’ husband, Vivek Dahiya, cancelled all his work commitments to be with his wife.
Divyanka was asked to undergo immediate surgery to fix the damage. Now, Vivek has given an update about his wife’s health, and he posted a video from the hospital. The actress got discharged from the hospital, and she thanked all her fans and well-wishers for their love and concern.
Divyanka was seen dressed in a striped T-shirt and pants when she made the video from her hospital bed just before her discharge.
In the video, Vivek said "I have some good news for everyone." He pans the video towards Divyanka, and she says, “Meri surgery ho gayi hai, and main discharge bhi ho rahi hoon. Hamari science ne itni paragati kar li hai. My doctor was very happy with the recovery that I am having right now. Honestly, I have already started with my physio because I want to bounce back, and I want to thank you all for so much love and concern. I couldn’t reply to all as I was in pain. I want to thank you all for the privacy because it was the most traumatic experience of my life,” she added.
A few days ago, Vivek also gave another update when his wife underwent surgery, and he gave a quick health update then.
In his earlier note, Vivek wrote, “Divyanka is on her road to recovery. A mishap occurred last evening where she fell from a height, due to which she broke both her forearm bones and was advised immediate surgery. We appreciate all the love and prayers being bestowed upon us. It means a lot. To all our fans and media friends, thank you for the immense love and concern. While Divyanka is in pain, we would love for her to do so in the privacy of her home and family. Much Love. VD.”
Divyanka Tripathi is currently seen playing the role of an undercover agent in ‘Adrishyam’ opposite Eijaz Khan.
She has worked in many hit shows like ‘Banoo Main Teri Dulhann’ and ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein', to name a few.
