The much-awaited premiere of Bigg Boss Tamil 9 was held on Sunday (October 5) with Vijay Sethupathi returning as the host yet again. He welcomed 20 contestants from different backgrounds, with each one of them ready to face their journey inside the house. A look at the contestants:
1. Diwakar (aka “Watermelon Star”)

A practising doctor and social media creator, Diwakar made his mark by blending humour, quirky content and offbeat videos.
