Bigg Boss 18: Rohit Shetty to host Weekend Ka Vaar, Ekta Kapoor to anchor a segment as Salman Khan shoots for 'Sikandar'

The upcoming Weekend Ka Vaar episode of the popular television show 'Bigg Boss 18' will be a shocking one, as the original host, superstar Salman Khan, will not be hosting this weekend's episode.

A new update has shocked audiences, revealing that this Weekend Ka Vaar episode will be hosted by  Singham Again director Rohit Shetty, instead of Salman Khan. Ekta Kapoor will also be  hosting a segment on the Weekend Ka Vaar.

The two renowned filmmakers will host the upcoming Weekend Ka Vaar episodes on November 8 and November 9. He  will be stepping in for Salman Khan, who is currently busy shooting for his film 'Sikandar' in Hyderabad alongside Rashmika Mandanna.

Rohit will also be seen scolding the contestants for their misbehaviour, interacting with the two wild card entrants, Digvijay Rathee and Kashish Kapoor, and announcing the elimination of one contestant from the nominated ones.

The director of 'Singham Again', Rohit Shetty, had previously entered the 'Bigg Boss' house alongside Ajay Devgn to promote their recent film 'Singham Again', which is still running in theaters. He even interacted with the contestants and asked them to perform a task.

Bigg Boss Season 18 premiered on October 6 and has kept audiences hooked ever since. So far, contestants Gunratan Sadavarte, Hema Sharma, Muskan Bamne, Nyrraa Banerjee, and Shehzada Dhami have been evicted from Salman Khan's controversial show..
