Sushan Singh Rajput and his manager Disha Salian died in 2020.

Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput tragically died in 2020 at his Bandra apartment. The actor’s death came just a few days after his manager, Disha Salian, was found dead under mysterious circumstances.

However, Sushant Singh’s cousin, Neeraj Kumar Singh Bablu, has recently demanded a new investigation into the late actor and his manager’s case. Neeraj has also claimed that both cases are connected.

In a recent interview with Republic TV, Neeraj shared, “Thackeray government tried to suppress the issue and stop the investigations. Disha's murder is linked with Sushant's murder. If a person falls from the 12th floor, there would be blood around the body but there was no blood. It means that she was silently murdered.”

He added, “We were asking for an investigation continuously, now that the govt has changed we will urge them to reopen the case and get the truth in front of us. Disha Salian’s father has come through, he was pressurised to stay silent but finally, he has come out and spoken openly about the case."

Neeraj's claims came after Disha’s father, Satish Salian, filed a petition in the Bombay High Court and demanded an FIR against Shiv Sena (UBT) leader, Aaditya Thackeray. He has also rejected the claims of suicide and alleged attempts to suppress the investigation.

However, Sushant Singh’s cousin agreed with Disha’s father and claimed that the previous government had tried to suppress the truth. He told the outlet, “If Aditya Thackeray is involved and it comes to light then he should get the strictest punishment possible.”

Neeraj further claimed that Sushant had told him that some big names were involved in Disha's suicide case and he felt threatened by the situation. He also noted that when Bihar police visited Mumbai, an IPS officer was allegedly held captive by the Mumbai police and the government. Neeraj insisted that with the new government in place, he expects and hopes that the investigation will be reopened and the truth will be revealed.
