Sometimes a single moment on a reality show becomes unforgettable — and that’s exactly what happened on Super Dancer 5 when Shilpa Shetty spoke from the heart about her Baazigar co-star, Shah Rukh Khan.

A young competitor stole the show in the episode with a rendition of the endearing song Sachi Yeh Kahani Hai from Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa.

Shilpa was deeply moved by the performance, which brought back memories of Shah Rukh's vigour and determination. She described what makes him unique with a mixture of awe and longing:

“Shah Rukh Khan believed he was a King before the world did. And that’s the reason why people also believe he is the King,” she said. “That unshakable confidence in himself makes others believe it too. And that’s the power of self-belief; it makes the world see you the way you see yourself.”

Shilpa and Shah Rukh shared screen space for the first time in 1993’s Baazigar, a film that went on to become a cult classic. It was one of the films that cemented Shah Rukh's reputation as a risk-taker who wasn't scared to play a character with dark undertones, and it was Shilpa's acting debut.

On the work front, Shilpa Shetty is getting ready for her part in Prem's Kannada action drama KD: The Devil.

With a stellar cast that includes Dhruva Sarja, Sanjay Dutt, V. Ravichandran, Ramesh Aravind, Reeshma Nanaiah, and Nora Fatehi, the movie is anticipated to be released soon.
