It was actor Sanjay Dutt's birthday on July 29 and veteran actress Saira Banu, who was a close friend of the late actor couple Nargis Dutt and Sunil Dutt, revealed something special about the Khalnayak actor.
Saira Banu in her long message for Sanju baba, wrote that Sanjay Dutt would accompany his mother and actress Nargis Dutt at their home for functions and they have all seen him grow from a toddler to a 'remarkable person' he is today.
Saira Banu posted a throwback photo of Dilip Kumar and Sanjay Dutt and she wrote a long note wishing the actor and revealing some bits about his bachpan. "@duttsanjay has always been like a family to me. My entire family, starting from Ammaji to Aapaji, to Sahib, and to me, we've watched him grow from a tiny toddler into the remarkable person he is today."

She then went on to say that Nargis aapa, as she fondly called Nargis Dutt, would then ask li'l Sanju to tell Saira ji what he had been telling her and he sweetly said 'Main Shaila Banu se shaadi karunga’
"I still remember when Nargis Aapa would come to our house for functions, and he would accompany her - this cute, good-looking kid...Nargis Ji would then shake his hands and say, "Chalo, Saira Ji ko bolo tum kya bolte ho mujhe?" And then Sanju would look at me and say, ‘Main Shaila Banu se shaadi karunga’ in a cute little voice. Hahahah, so adorable! I believe Sharmila Tagore and I were the top favorites of Sanju," Saira ji wrote.
"Many hands make light work." and we've all cherished being part of his journey. He holds a special place in my heart. With all my love and blessings, I wish him a very happy birthday," she ended her message.
On his 65th birthday, the makers of KD - The Devil unveiled Sanjay Dutt's first look and introduced him as 'Dhak Deva'.
Sanjay Dutt also shared his first look from the movie as a return gift to his fans. "The Lord of Devil's Democracy, Dhak Deva, steps into #KD's Vintage Battlefield, bringing a storm of intensity," he wrote.
KD-The Devil, is a pan-India multilingual film directed by Prem. It is going to release in Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam, and Hindi. A period action entertainer, it is based on true events from 1970s Bangalore.
Sanjay Dutt is also ready with another rom com Ghudchadi, which has Raveena Tandon, Khushalii Kumar and Parth Samthaan.
Post that he will also be seen in Aditya Dhar's recently announced directorial venture with Ranveer Singh, R Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, Akshaye Khanna.
