Bollywood actor Aamir Khan is gearing up for Sitaare Zameen Par, and he recently organized a special screening of the upcoming film at his residence on June 7. The screening was attended by several prominent personalities.
However, one particular celebrity stole the spotlight at the special event, and he is none other than the God of cricket, Sachin Tendulkar.
The screening was also attended by politician Raj Thackeray and actor Ranbir Kapoor. Aamir also introduced Sachin to the cast of the upcoming film.
Meanwhile, Aamir and Sachin share a close friendship and have been spotted together on several occasions. However, this was not the first time Aamir had invited Sachin to the screening of his film.’
He previously invited Tendulkar to a special screening of the movie Loveyapa in February. The film featured Aamir's son Junaid Khan and Khushi Kapoor and was produced under the Aamir Khan Production banner.
Directed by R. S. Prasanna, Sitaare Zameen Par is produced by Aamir Khan. Aparna Purohit, and Ravi Bhagchandka under Aamir Khan Productions banner. Divy Nidhi Sharma is behind the screenplay. Meanwhile, Amitabh Bhattacharya has penned the lyrics with the music composed by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy.

The film also features Genelia D'Souza alongside 10 debutant actors, including Aroush Datta, Gopi Krishna Varma, Samvit Desai, Vedant Sharma, and Simran Mangeshkar, among others.
The upcoming film is a remake of Champions and follows a basketball coach who serves community service by training Neurodivergent adults after a DUI. However, his life changed as he learns from his players.
Sitaare Zameen Par is scheduled to hit the theatres on June 20.
