Actress Richa Chadda came out in support of Deepika Padukone as she has been facing a lot of backlash from netizens for wearing high pencil heels during pregnancy in an event for her upcoming film Kalki 2898 AD.
Mom-to-be Deepika Padukone looked lovely at the recent "Kalki 2898 AD" event in Mumbai, alongside her co-stars Amitabh Bachchan and Prabhas. She wore a black bodycon dress with black heels, her hair in a ponytail, and happily flaunted her baby bump. However, several fans were concerned about her choice of high heels during this stage of her pregnancy.
Earlier the Padmavat actress was also trolled by people for "showing off fake belly".
But her fans instantly showered their love and defended her for carrying herself with the look during pregnancy. Among others, Fukrey actress Richa Chadda was quick to act on the same. She commented in one of the reels saying " NO uterus, no gyaan."

The Bollywood star couple Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh officially announced on Instagram in February that their little bundle of joy is due to arrive in September.
On the work front, Deepika was last seen appearing in a cameo but a crucial role in the film Jawaan alongside Shah Rukh Khan in September 2023, directed by Atlee. The duo were also seen together in the thriller movie Pathaan which became a superhit earlier that year.
In terms of her upcoming projects, Deepika's sci-fi movie "Kalki 2898 AD," co-starring Prabhas and Amitabh Bachchan in key roles, is set to release on June 27. In "Kalki 2898 AD," Deepika portrays a pregnant woman. The trailer reveals her character carrying a child destined to become the nemesis of the film's evil forces.
Additionally, Deepika is also slated to appear in the Cop Universe film "Singham Again."
