Coolie OTT Release Update: When and where to watch Rajinikanth's action thriller in Hindi

Rajinikanth’s action drama Coolie will now be available to stream in Hindi, delighting fans who had been waiting for the language release. Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, the film features an ensemble cast including Nagarjuna, Shruti Haasan and others.

Coolie will now stream in Hindi

Superstar Rajinikanth starrer action drama Coolie hit the theatres in August and has also premiered on the streaming platform, but not in Hindi, leaving the fans curiously waiting to watch in their language.

After a long wait, Coolie is finally arriving in Hindi on the OTT platform. The official Instagram handle of Prime Video shared a teaser video and announced in the caption that fans can now stream Coolie in Hindi.

The caption reads, “call it bawaal, kamaal and bemisaal because Coolie is now in Hindi #CoolieOnPrime, Watch Now.”

Directed by renowned filmmaker Lokesh Kanagaraj, Coolie was released on Prime Video on September 11 in multiple languages, including Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam. Now, the viewers can watch Rajinikanth's classic film in Hindi too on the same platform.

Coolie features an ensemble cast including Nagarjuna, Soubin Shahir, Upendra, Sathyaraj, Rachita Ram, and Shruti Haasan in lead roles. The film also has special cameo appearances by Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan and Pooja Hegde. The music of the film is composed by composer Anirudh Ravichander.

Coolie Box Office Collection

Coolie debuted in the theatres on a positive note and gave a stiff competition to Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR’s spy thriller War 2. The  Tamil-language film earned Rs 518 crore worldwide. The film was reportedly made on a budget of Rs 250 crore.

Coolie plot

Coolie revolves around a former gold smuggler, named Deva, who aims to recover his past recognition by reviving his old gang with stolen technology hidden in vintage golden watches.

Critics gave the movie mixed reviews, which led to its IMDb rating of 6.1. Kalanithi Maran produced the film under Sun Pictures.
