Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda have collaborated on numerous Telugu films, including Geetha Govindam and Dear Comrade. Speculation about their relationship has often been stoked by their strong camaraderie, both on and off screen.

During the promotions of Pushpa 2: The Rule, in an interview with ETimes, Rashmika had once mentioned that she was stuck during the Jathra scene in the film and she asked for help from Vijay as she couldn't figure out what and how to do. "That's the only scene I spoke to him about, saying I don't know where to start, and he gave me a perspective, which was quite interesting, and, of course, what happened on set was all Sukumar sir and Allu Arjun sir, but, he's been a constant help, and I'm really grateful," she added.

Meanwhile, on the work front, the birthday boy is gearing up for his next film Kingdom, directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri. Meanwhile, Rashmika s currently filming for horror-comedy Thama alongside Ayushmann Khurrana.
