The bungalow, named 'Raha' after their daughter, has been under construction for some time. The property was initially named Krishna Raj, after Ranbir’s late grandmother. Over the past few years, Ranbir, along with his mother, Neetu Kapoor, and Alia, have frequently visited the site. Before his passing in 2020, even Rishi Kapoor visited the site multiple times.

Ranbir and Alia tied the knot on April 14, 2022, after several years of dating. They currently live in a luxurious apartment in Mumbai named Vastu. Two months after their wedding, the couple announced that Alia was expecting their first child. Their daughter Raha was born in November 2022 and has since been living with them at Vastu.
