Renowned filmmaker Prashanth Neel recently discussed his work with Hombale Films and its innovative producer Vijay Kiragandur, lauding the trust and freedom they provide for artists.
“He’s never afraid to dream big and more importantly, he gives you full freedom to explore that dream,” Neel remarked, highlighting the supportive environment that has helped shape some of Indian cinema’s most iconic blockbusters.

Kannada cinema has been transformed and elevated to a national and international level thanks in large part to his close collaboration with Hombale Films. According to the director, the production company has transformed the business by making equal investments in people, concepts, and motion picture projects.
Speaking about Hombale Films in a recent interview, Neel stated, “Hombale has changed the game for Kannada cinema in every sense. Before K.G.F., our films rarely got attention outside Karnataka. But after that, the way people looked at Kannada films completely shifted.”
He added that the studio’s commitment to nurturing young talent has inspired a new generation of filmmakers to dream ambitiously. “Today, many young talents in Karnataka feel inspired and confident to think big. Hombale made that possible.”
