Taking to his official X account, Paresh Rawal did not state the actual reason for backing out from the film but clarified any rift with director Priyadarshan.

In surprising news for fans, there were rumours that Paresh Rawal has opted out of Hera Pheri 3 due to 'creative differences with the filmmaker. However, now the actor has confirmed his exit from the film but denied any such differences.

Taking to his official X account, Paresh Rawal did not state the actual reason for backing out from the film but clarified any rift with director Priyadarshan.

He wrote, "I wish to put it on record that my decision to step away from Hera Pheri 3 was not due to creative differences. I REITERATE THAT THERE ARE NO CREATIVE DISAGREEMENT WITH THE FILM MAKER. I hold immense love, respect, and faith in Mr. Priyadarshan the film director."

The eagerly awaited reunion of the legendary trio—Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty, and Paresh Rawal—who would return to their cherished roles in the next installment of the franchise thrilled fans. Babu Rao's return to the screen alongside Shyam and Raju, bringing their trademark comedic chaos, was particularly exciting.

Nevertheless, Paresh Rawal recently disappointed fans with an unexpected disclosure that raised questions about the trio's eagerly anticipated comeback and left viewers unsure of what to anticipate.

Baburao Ganpatrao Apte, played by Paresh Rawal in the Hera Pheri series, is a legendary character. The character, affectionately known as Babu Bhaiya, was first introduced in the 2000 cult classic Hera Pheri. His eccentric personality, charming innocence, and frequently drunken antics won hearts fast. As the foolish but endearing landlord, Baburao joined Raju (Akshay Kumar) and Shyam (Suniel Shetty) in a string of amusing and chaotic antics, and he became a vital member of the trio.
