It was a big night for ‘Oppenheimer’. The movie was nominated in 13 categories and won 7 of them. Cillian Murphy became the first Irish-born to win the Best Actor award. After two decades of nominations, this was Christopher Nolan’s first award for Best Director. Despite winning seven awards the movie didn’t break the record for most Oscar wins, but why?
