Television actor, Nitish Bharadwaj, who rose to prominence for playing Krishna in the epic Mahabharat, has recently shared a cryptic social media post on Father’s Day. The actor took to his Instagram and talked about the rising cases of domestic violence against men while wishing Father’s Day.

The actor shared two photos on his Instagram while addressing domestic violence against men. The first photo in the slide was a screenshot of a news article with the headline about a member of the National Commission for Women claiming there’s no need for a men’s commission.

Meanwhile, the second photo was of a man sitting in the dark, with a text that reads, “Domestic Abuse Against Men: A Silent Crisis on the Rise in India.”

He accompanied the post with a caption that reads, “Happy abused & dead fathers' day. Men's abuse rises every day but no politico wants to talk. Is it Constitutional Equality of their Oath ? Protecting men does not mean you are anti-women. Amend DV Act to make it gender neutral. Need National Commission for Men.”

He concluded his post while adding hashtags like #MensRights #DomesticViolenceAgainstMen #FalseCases #VoiceForMen #NationalCommissionForMen."
