BTS unveils special 2013-2024 FESTA photo collection ahead of 11th debut anniversary

In anticipation of this monumental date, BTS has released a special FESTA photo collection spanning from 2013 to 2023.

BTS, the world-leading boy band that revolutionised K-pop, is set to celebrate its 11th debut anniversary on June 13, 2024. Despite the members being enlisted in the military, the celebration, known as FESTA, promises to be vibrant with new content, music, and events.

In anticipation of this monumental date, BTS has released a special FESTA photo collection spanning from 2013 to 2023. This collection, dropped on the Weverse platform by BIGHIT MUSIC, offers a nostalgic journey through the group's evolution from rookie idols to global icons.

The announcement was made via BTS' official Twitter (now X) account, generating excitement among fans worldwide. The photo collection highlights BTS' transformation over the years. Images from 2013 capture the members in flashy outfits and bold jewelry, emblematic of their early style. In contrast, the 2023 FESTA photo showcases the seven members in colourful attire against a purple backdrop, symbolising their growth and success.

While the BTS members—Jin, RM, J-Hope, SUGA, Jungkook, Jimin, and V—are currently fulfilling their military duties, their absence hasn't dampened the festive spirit. The eldest member, Jin, is scheduled to return from his service on June 12, 2024, just in time for the anniversary celebrations.

To commemorate the occasion, a special event is being organised in Seoul, where Jin will personally give 1,000 hugs to ARMYs in a unique meet-and-greet session. This event is expected to be a heartfelt reunion between Jin and the fans who have supported him throughout his service.

Additionally, Jungkook is set to release a special single titled 'Never Let Go' on June 7, 2024, as a tribute to the fans. This single is part of the FESTA festivities and serves as a gift to ARMYs.

The FESTA celebration also includes BANGBANGCON 2024, a live-streaming event featuring BTS' iconic concerts: The Red Bullet, The Wings Tour The Final, and Love Yourself: Speak Yourself The Final. These concerts, cherished by fans, will be available for streaming, allowing ARMYs to relive some of the most memorable moments in BTS' history.
