Britney Spears lives a mysterious life but she still gives us glimpses into her life on her Instagram. She gave us a life update on her social media a few hours ago. The pop singer shared what she has been upto and also addressed the Chateau Marmont incident.

The ‘Gimme More’ singer revealed that she has been battling a cold since 2 months now. She wrote, “I’ve been sick for two months with a stupid cold … I had it before Mexico and I’m very nasally and congested in my nose, it sucks. It went away when I first got back home, but came back yesterday … I got a Z-Pak and I’m hoping it goes away. I constantly feel a little tired like I want to go to sleep and things are fuzzy … so I started drinking coffee and it helps a bit but not much.”

Despite her persistent sickness, the singer is not stopping herself from enjoying life. She wrote about her new found love for Burger King, a fast food chain. She revealed that she used to dislike the franchise when she was younger.

She touched upon her new favourite hobbies which include cleaning out drawers and drawing on the walls with the use of stencils.

She wrote, “My favourite thing to do is to clean out drawers at the moment … I’ve bought stencils for my walls to create designs and accents, and I drew a really cool tropical tree in my room on the wall with a bird in a nest.”

The singer also addressed an incident about a few weeks ago at the Chateau Marmont wherein she injured her ankle. “I’m scared of the outside world because god forbid I break a foot and someone calls an ambulance so I don’t go out much,” the star wrote.

The singer shared all the little things that she has been doing even though she is ill.

“I’ve actually been consistent with my beauty routine !!! I stayed in bed all day and worked on my phone. I also watched a movie called “Evil” and I actually did kind of pee myself when that black, scary character showed up. I’m in my 40s and I still collect Hello Kitty and sleep with a teddy bear I tried BBQ Doritos for the first time and I liked it !!!”

The singer also revealed that a splinter got stuck on her butt from a picnic chair.

She concluded the long post by saying that she has realised some things about herself because of her serious cold.

The singer also shared a video of her empty jewellery boxes. She revealed that all her jewellery was stolen.

“So you can see for real all my jewelry was stolen … it’s hard to buy new now because I’m scared it will go missing. So I buy it cheap and fake, but it’s hard because some of my pieces were originally made for me … and my baby cross that I wore since I was 4 is gone … it’s so thin,” she wrote.
