Matthew Perry's longtime manager, serving as the executor of his estate, announced that all debts have been settled, and the estate is now ready to be closed, according to a report by In Touch.
According to In Touch, the final accounting report in Matthew Perry's probate case has been obtained. Lisa Ferguson, his longtime business manager and executor of the estate, disclosed that the actor left behind assets amounting to $1,596,914.47.
Lisa Ferguson, the executor of Matthew Perry's estate, confirmed that no creditor claims were filed, and there are no outstanding debts. She stated, "The estate is solvent" and noted that while she received written payment demands, all liabilities were settled without requiring court involvement.
The report stated, "An extension for filing the federal estate tax return has been timely filed and Petitioner has made sufficient payments for the estate taxes estimated to be due. Petitioner will pay any additional estate taxes determined to be due, in her capacity as Trustee of the Alvy Singer Living Trust dated June 2, 1999, as amended."
Lisa Ferguson also confirmed that all personal, income, and other taxes have been fully paid, and no assets of the late actor have been sold.
The beneficiaries of his estate include his father, John Perry, his mother, Suzanne Morrison, his ex-girlfriend Rachel Dunn, and his half-siblings Emily, Caitlin, Madeline, Maria Perry, and William Morrison. Ferguson has requested the court approve the final report, close the probate case, and compensate her $28,000 for her services.

Matthew Perry's 2009 will and The Alvy Singer Living Trust, which holds most of his assets, have been revealed. The trust is managed by his longtime business manager, Lisa Ferguson, and Robin Ruzan, who is also the ex-wife of actor Mike Myers. Perry's personal assets, not included in the trust, are valued at $1 million, while his remaining property, such as his home, is believed to be part of the trust.
