Television actor Kushal Tandon has issued a warning to fans and fellow creators, shedding light on an alleged scam by “Sky63 Energy Drink,” a brand that he claims owes him a substantial amount of money. Tandon, known for his role in Barsatein – Mausam Pyaar Ka, took to Instagram to share his experience, urging others in the industry to avoid dealing with this company due to their fraudulent practices.

The actor highlighted that Sky63 Energy Drink, supposedly owned by an individual named Tanish Chhajed, has defaulted on payments and resorted to deceitful tactics to avoid clearing dues. Tandon revealed that he is owed Rs 10 lakh for a promotional reel he created for the brand, a payment that he has been persistently trying to recover.

In his social media post, Kushal Tandon described the ordeal he endured, detailing how he realized the extent of the scam. He mentioned that, initially, everything seemed legitimate, with the brand even issuing cheques to fulfill their commitments. However, these cheques repeatedly bounced, displaying a clear lack of accountability and reliability.

He elaborated on how the company had been making empty promises for over two months, consistently assuring him that payment would be made “soon.” Yet, despite fulfilling all his deliverables, he has only faced unprofessionalism and excuses from the brand. Tandon noted that it has become evident the company never intended to honor its commitment, leaving him and potentially other collaborators unpaid.

Tandon expressed his frustration over the continuous delays and broken promises, saying, “For over two months, we have been given false assurances, endless excuses, and empty promises about when payments will be made.” He added that this behavior is not only disrespectful but also highly unprofessional, shedding light on the disregard the company has shown toward its collaborators. His disappointment is clear as he emphasizes that he and others were strung along with no real intention from the company to settle its dues.

Kushal Tandon’s warning wasn’t just for his fans; he also called on fellow artists, influencers, and businesses in the industry to avoid associating with Sky63 Energy Drink and those linked to it, including the brand’s manager, Roshaan Garry. He stressed the importance of remaining vigilant and cautious when dealing with such entities to avoid falling into similar traps. Tandon advised, “The proof is undeniable. It’s time to expose this behavior and make sure others don’t fall victim to the same fraudulent tactics.”

In a heartfelt appeal, Tandon urged the creative community to come together against such deceitful practices. He called on others to share his post, creating awareness and preventing other artists from facing similar issues. Tandon’s words resonate with the struggles many creators face when dealing with unreliable brands, and his transparency has sparked a conversation about accountability in brand collaborations.

This incident highlights a broader issue within the influencer and entertainment industry, where creators are sometimes left to chase payments or face unprofessional conduct from brands. The public nature of Tandon’s accusation has drawn attention to the need for artists and creators to protect themselves legally and financially when entering into partnerships.

For Tandon, the experience serves as a lesson and a reminder to other creators to thoroughly vet brands and demand accountability in contractual obligations. The incident has not only impacted his earnings but has also put the spotlight on the need for transparent and ethical practices within the industry.
