Prepare for a thrilling ride as Karan Johar and Guneet Monga team up for the first time for a series to bring us Gyaarah Gyaarah, an upcoming fantasy thriller series that promises to blur the lines between genres. Scheduled for release on August 9, 2024, the web series will be streaming on Zee5. This highly anticipated series is creating a buzz with its intriguing premise.

Gyaarah Gyaarah combines elements of crime thriller, sci-fi, and psychological drama, leaving audiences guessing about its true nature. The teaser hints at a narrative that connects these genres, making for a potentially mind-bending experience. The series poses a thought-provoking question: if the past is just a memory, the future merely a dream, and the present a trap, where does that leave us?

The series takes inspiration from the Korean drama Signal and is helmed by director Umesh Bist. It features an impressive cast including Kritika Kamra, Raghav Juyal, Dhairya Karwa, and Akash Dixit. The story revolves around an anomaly that connects two police officers from different timelines through a walkie-talkie that activates every night at 11:11 p.m. as these officers assist each other in solving cases, their realities are forever altered.


Raghav Juyal, fresh off his acclaimed performance in Kill, plays a police officer named Yug Arya. Kritika Kamra stars as his boss, Vamika Rawat, while Dhairya Karwa, known for his role in Gehraiyaan, appears as Shaurya Atwal. The series is produced by Sikhya Entertainment and Dharma Productions, with Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, Guneet Monga, and Achin Jain serving as producers.
