Kanye West is facing a fresh wave of troubling allegations from his former personal assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, who has now accused the rapper of serious misconduct including sexual assault, battery, and sex trafficking.
Pisciotta described her time working under West during the opening of his Donda school in graphic detail in recently filed court documents, which expand on the unsettling allegations she made in her 2024 lawsuit.
Pisciotta claimed that West made multiple unwanted sexual advances towards her while she was in San Francisco on a business trip. She described several incidents, including one in which West allegedly made offensive and intrusive remarks about her privates and kissed her on the mouth without getting her permission.
Pisciotta also asserted that the behaviour only got worse in spite of her efforts to resist and uphold professional boundaries.
She further described a particularly upsetting accusation in which West allegedly masturbated in front of her and inappropriately touched her during a writing session for one of his albums before passing out in the middle of the conversation.
When West, according to Pisciotta, showed up at her hotel room without permission, the situation took a more terrifying turn.

She claimed that he pushed her onto the bed, pushed his way inside while pretending to use her shower, and then sexually assaulted her. During the ordeal, Pisciotta claims she was paralysed by fear and that West finally stopped, apologised, and left the room.
These new details intensify the already serious claims against West and add to the legal storm surrounding the rapper. Pisciotta’s account is now part of an expanded legal effort to seek justice, further amplifying concerns about misconduct within West’s professional circles.
