Kammattam OTT release: When and where to watch Sudev Nair’s cop drama

Malayalam audiences are in for a thrilling trip as Kammattam, a criminal mystery thriller starring Sudev Nair, gets ready to come out. Shan Thulasidharan is in charge of the new series, which promises to reveal a dark world of financial schemes and hidden objectives. The new video has already gotten fans excited, raising anticipation for what appears like a stressful and complex story.

The people who made Kammattam have said that it will be available on Zee5 starting September 5, 2025. The team posted on social media, "Every eye, every face, and every frame has a story to tell." Kammattam is available to stream on ZEE5 in Malayalam starting September 5.

The story

Sudev Nair plays Inspector Antonio George, who is looking into the strange death of Samuel Umman. His research swiftly leads him to Samuel's employee Francis, but what starts off as a simple question eventually turns into a far darker plot. As Antonio dives deeper, the show asks whether he will be able to find the truth or if he will be stopped by people who want to stop him.

The Cast and Crew

The series also has a strong cast, including Jeo Baby, Vivya Santh, Akhil Kavalayoor, Sreerekha, Arun Sol, Jordy Poojar, Ajay Vasudev, and Jins Bhaskar.

Sanjith RS, Sudheesh Sugunanandhan, and Jose Thomas Polackal wrote the script based on a narrative by Shihabudeen K. The six-episode series was made by Arjun Ravindran's company, 23 FEET Entertainment. It was filmed in just 11 days, which is quite fast. Prakash Velayudhan is in charge of the cinematography, Ratheesh Mohanan is in charge of the editing, and the music group 4 Musics is in charge of the background soundtrack.

More than Kammattam

Sudev Nair will also appear in Yash's highly awaited action thriller Toxic, which will come out in theaters on March 19, 2026. Geetu Mohandas directed the movie, which stars Nayanthara, Tara Sutaria, Kiara Advani, and Huma Qureshi in important parts.
