Bollywood actress Kajol and Ajay Devgn’s daughter Nysa Devgan has recently graduated, and the actress cheered loudly for her daughter, reminiscing fans of her 2001 film, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham moment.

A video from the graduation ceremony is going viral on social media. The video opens with a professor calling Nysa on stage for her to collect her graduation certificate. For the ceremony, Nysa looked stunning in a lilac dress. She completed her look with a traditional robe and a graduation cap.

The video also featured Kajol applauding for her daughter and shouting, "Come on, baby,” as Nysa received her degree. Fans widely shared the video on social media and compared it with the iconic scene from Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham. The video notably sparked comparison from the film’s scene where Kajol’s character Anjali stood up and blew whistles for her son at a school function.

For the unversed, Kajol’s daughter Nysa received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in International Hospitality from the prestigious Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland.

Both Kajol and Ajay have previously clarified that Nysa will not enter the entertainment industry.

However, Kajol has previously reflected on her daughter’s academic profile in a previous interview with Zoom and said, “Nysa's very smart and has common sense.... She's wonderful, snarky, has a great sense of humour, and a very different perspective on life and the world.”
