At The Albies, a fundraiser hosted by the Clooney Foundation for Justice, Hollywood star George Clooney took a break from the spotlight to play photographer. He borrowed a professional camera and started snapping photos of his wife, Amal Clooney, who posed alongside fashion icon Donatella Versace and beauty mogul Charlotte Tilbury on the red carpet.

In a playful moment, George was overheard asking the photographer, "Which one is it?" while figuring out how to capture the perfect shot.

George and Amal, clearly enjoying the evening, mingled with guests such as Emily Blunt and John Krasinski, Oscar winners Cate Blanchett and Ariana DeBose, and Shailene Woodley. Amal, looking radiant in a fitted gown with a sweetheart neckline and flowing skirt, glowed with her makeup expertly done by Charlotte Tilbury, featuring the brand’s Magic Cream and a bold red lip.

George, ever the classic Hollywood star, donned a sharp black tuxedo and was seen chatting with musicians Mumford & Sons and singer Doja Cat. Other stars at the event included talk show host Jimmy Fallon and actress Gabrielle Union.

The glamorous awards ceremony, held at the New York Public Library, aims to shine a spotlight on brave defenders of justice who face personal risks. The Albies are named after anti-apartheid activist Justice Albie Sachs, who was honored with a lifetime achievement award at the event’s inaugural ceremony in 2022.

In addition to the night's festivities, the event marked an early celebration of George and Amal’s 10th wedding anniversary, which falls on September 27. The power couple tied the knot in a romantic Venice ceremony in 2014. Three years later, they welcomed their twins, Alexander, and Ella, into the world.

Their love story began through a mutual friend who introduced Amal at a dinner party hosted by George. The couple stayed in touch, exchanging emails before they started secretly meeting in London. Reflecting on their romance, Amal once told Vogue, "It felt like the most natural thing in the world. Before that experience, I always hoped there could be love that was overwhelming and didn't require any weighing or decision-making."
