Dipika Kakar pens a heartfelt message for hubby Shoaib Ibrahim on his birthday, writes "Celebrating the Man who lights my life every single day'

Dipika Kakar celebrates hubby Shoaib Ibrahim's birthday

TV actor Dipika Kakar was recently discharged from the hospital following her major surgery after a stage 2 liver cancer diagnosis. The actress received unwavering support from her husband, Shoaib Ibrahim, and has recently appreciated his efforts on his birthday.

The actress celebrated Shoaib’s 38th birthday with a series of photos and a sweet tribute. She took to her Instagram and shared a photo of Shoaib holding her hands at the hospital, followed by a series of their throwback pictures.

Alongside the photo, Dipika penned in the birthday tribute, “Celebrating the Man who lights my life every single day with his love…. @shoaib2087 tum ho to mai hun… tumse hi mai hun… (If you are there, then I am there… I am there only because of you).”

She continued in the caption, “jitna bhi mushkil samay ho tumhara saath uska ehsaas nahi hone deta…last few days humdono ne bahut kuch face kiya hai… Crying in the hospital corridor… being so scared for my scan… the day of surgery… (No matter how difficult the times are, your presence doesn't let me feel it… we faced a lot in the last few days… Crying in the hospital corridor… being so scared for my scan... the day of surgery).”

Dipika further revealed that Shoaib has spent sleepless nights just to make sure that she is alright.

“The day of surgery u have not slept for nights even now when im back home main karwat bhi badlun to aap uth jaate ho (If I turn over you wake up) to make sure Im alright… You have actually cared for me ek chote baby ki tarah (you cared for me like a baby) and u continue to do that…” added the TV actor.

Dipika concluded her birthday tribute to Shoaib by writing, “So heres wishing a very Happy Birthday to the man who not only loves me but wraps me in his warmth… and makes sure Im happy… Safe & Smilling always. Allah har khushi se nawaaze aapko… Har dua me aapka naam hai (May god bless you with every happiness… your name is in every prayer).”

For the unversed, Dipika Kakar and Shoaib Ibrahim met while filming the TV series Sasural Simar Ka in 2011. Dipika was already married to Raunak Samson at the time. Dipika started dating Shoaib soon after she got divorced from Raunak in 2015. Dipika and Shoaib tied the knot in 2018 and welcomed their son, Ruhaan, in 2023.
