Tamil superstar Dhanush recently came under the spotlight after a video went viral on Instagram in which his bodyguard is seen pushing a fan at Juhu beach in Mumbai.
Dhanush is currently in Mumbai for the shooting of his latest movie Kubera. The trilingual film is directed by Sekhar Kammula and features a stellar cast including Dhanush, Nagarjuna, and Rashmika Mandanna in the lead roles.
According to the video that is doing rounds on social media, Dhanush's security can be seen pushing a fan who attempted to approach the actor on Mumbai's Juhu Beach. The footage showed the actor strolling towards the beach while filming for his role in the film 'Kubera,' with fans surrounding him while he was surrounded by his bodyguards.
This incident happened shortly after Telugu superstar Nagarjuna also faced huge criticism from his fans for the incident where his bodyguard pushed a fan in the Mumbai Airport. He is also in the city for the shooting of Kubera along with Dhanush.
Later, the actor took to Twitter and apologized for the unfortunate incident and said that he hadn't noticed it and would make sure that this does not happen again.
However, Dhanush has not reacted to the incident yet.
Dhanush is also busy with his other upcoming projects, one of which is his second directorial film Raayan. He will also be seen in 'Tere Ishk Mein' with Ananda L Rai.
