Chiranjeevi reveals details about his upcoming film with director Anil Ravipudi, says "going to be a laugh riot "

Expressing his enthusiasm, Chiranjeevi shared his excitement about collaborating with Anil Ravipudi, who recently delivered a hit with Sankranthiki Ki Vastunnam.

In an exciting update for fans, legendary actor Chiranjeevi has officially announced his next project with director Anil Ravipudi. The revelation came during the pre-release event of the film Laila, where Chiranjeevi, after discussing the film, confirmed to the media and his fans that his upcoming venture will be helmed by the blockbuster director.

Expressing his enthusiasm, Chiranjeevi shared his excitement about collaborating with Anil Ravipudi, who recently delivered a hit with Sankranthiki Ki Vastunnam. The announcement has generated immense buzz, as fans eagerly await this powerhouse combination.

Sharing his enthusiasm, Chiranjeevi said, “It’s going to be a laugh riot from start to finish. Anil’s narration had me laughing out loud, we both were laughing, and I believe audiences will feel the same joy when they watch it.”

He stated that the regular shooting of Anil Ravipudi’s film will commence from this Summer and it will be jointly bankrolled by Laila producer Sahu Garapati and Sushmita Konidela. Chiru further added that he is eagerly waiting to enter the sets of this film because he is very much thrilled with Ravipudi’s hilarious narration which left him in splits.

Chiranjeevi also said his association with Anil reminded him of the days when he used have a great chemistry with legendary director Kondanda Ramireddy. While details about the storyline remain under wraps, the film is expected to be a full-fledged entertainer, a genre Chiranjeevi is revisiting after years.

Expressing his excitement, Chiranjeevi shared that he is eagerly looking forward to stepping onto the sets, as Ravipudi’s hilarious narration had him in splits. He also reminisced about his past collaborations with legendary director Kondanda Ramireddy, drawing parallels to the chemistry he now shares with Ravipudi. Chiranjeevi will be next seen in Vishwambhara, which will release on May 9, 2025. It also stars Trisha, Kunal Kapoor, Meenakshi Chaudhary and Ashika Ranganath in key roles.
