
Salman Khan's father and veteran screenwriter, Salim Khan, was hospitalised on February 17. He is reportedly "stable" hours after the hospitalisation.
While the official health update from the Khan family is still awaited, Journalist Vickey Lalwani stated on his Instagram account on Tuesday night that Salim Khan had been diagnosed with a blood clot.
He added that because Salim Saab was feeling "very giddy," he was taken to the hospital. The screenwriter's status is stable, despite the fact that he is currently in the intensive care unit.
The latest update came after his treating doctor, Dr Jalil Parker, told PTI that they will reveal further information tomorrow at 11 am in a press bulletin, maintaining the confidentiality of the patient to the utmost.
The doctor said, “He is stable but is under close observation regarding his clinical status.”
Salim Khan’s family rushed to the Lilavati hospital. Superstar Salman Khan was seen at the hospital. The actor was seen leaving the building with his security guards in tow, dressed simply in a black T-shirt and a cap. He didn't pause to address the press.
In addition to Salman, Salma and Helen, the wives of Salim Khan have also arrived at the hospital.

Salim Khan's daughter Alvira and sons-in-law Atul Agnihotri and Aayush Sharma were spotted visiting the hospital as worries about his health grew. His grandsons, Nirvaan and Arhaan, were also seen visiting him.
Meanwhile, fans have taken to social media to express concern and send wishes for his speedy recovery. Salim Khan, who is aged 90, is regarded as one of the most influential screenwriters in Hindi cinema history.
