Shah Rukh Khan will attend the ceremony in person to receive the award, adding a moment of genuine star power to the evening.

Shah Rukh Khan was spotted at the Mumbai airport in the wee hours today as he left for Dubai.
As per Khaleej Times, the Dubai Mall Festival of Fashion taking place from 29–30 January 2026, will transform the world’s most visited mall into a vibrant hub of style, creativity, and cultural exchange.
Over two carefully curated days, the Festival will bring together designers, industry leaders, and global tastemakers, reflecting Dubai’s unique role as a meeting point for fashion and culture.
Organised by Lana, the Festival concludes on 30 January with the Global Fashion Awards, hosted at the elegant Armani Hotel Dubai.
Beyond cinema, Shah Rukh Khan has left a lasting mark on popular culture and business. Through Red Chillies Entertainment, he has played a key role in shaping modern Indian cinema, particularly through the company’s internationally acclaimed visual effects division.
His influence also extends into sport, education, and family entertainment, with ventures such as Knight Rider Sports and KidZania highlighting his ability to connect with audiences of all ages.
On the work front, the actor is also gearing up for his highly-anticipated film, King. The makers have recently dropped a new teaser of the film. Shah Rukh stars in a fiery avatar and delivers a power-packed dialogue, "Darr nahi, deshshat hoon. (I am not fear, I am terror)."
The movie, which is produced by Red Chillies Entertainment and Marflix Pictures, stars Abhishek Bachchan, Suhana Khan, and Deepika Padukone. It will hit the screens on December 24, 2026.
