Archana Puran Singh, well known for her infectious laughter and long stint on The Kapil Sharma Show, shared a deeply personal moment with fans in her latest London vlog, as her son Ayushmaan Sethi paid tribute to her resilience amid health struggles.

In the video, Ayushmaan enumerated the seven family members he felt the most pride in, which included their dogs, his grandparents, his brother, and his father. Archana was mentioned first on the list, which moved her to tears. Before praising his mother, Ayushmaan acknowledged his father, Parmeet Sethi, for being the family's support and the mastermind behind the vlogs. He also celebrated his brother Aaryamann Sethi for launching his own YouTube channel and for getting engaged to his girlfriend Yogita Bihani.

In the video clip featured in the vlog, Ayushmaan opened up about Archana’s Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) diagnosis, explaining how the rare condition developed after she fractured her hand — an injury that, he said, means her hand is “never going to be the same.”

He said, “I am proud of my mom. She has had the hardest year, guys. She broke her hand, and she developed a rare condition called CRPS (Complex Regional Pain Syndrome), which means her hand is never going to be the same again. She has shot for 2-3 movies and a web series. One month she shot during all 30 days, and she didn’t complain. She has shown me the resilience that it takes to be amazing. At 60-something years old, she has started a YouTube channel and all these cool new things, and that’s just incredible.”

Archana was visibly moved as she absorbed her son’s words. On camera, she choked up and told Ayushmaan, “I am so proud of you. You didn’t even mention yourself. My kids make me cry, sometimes in anger, but these are happy tears, and I am extremely proud of you.”

The family later ventured out to Borough Market in London, sampling local delicacies and enjoying time together after the heartfelt moment. During the outing, Archana also interacted with a fan who complimented her iconic laugh, prompting her playful remark, he said, “I sometimes watch The Kapil Sharma Show, and your laugh is the main thing. Kapil is alright, but it’s your laugh…” Archana started boasting to the camera after hearing this and said, “Are you listening, Kapil? My laugh is the main thing.” After eating the food, the family discovered that the stall owners had refused to take money from them, and to this Archana said, “Ab Kapil bolega ka ki free-fund mai khana kha kar agaye.”
