The actress recently reacted to a hilarious Instagram reel that depicted fans’ exaggerated heartbreak over Virat Kohli expressing gratitude solely toward her for supporting him during difficult times. Her reaction sent the internet into a frenzy, as fans are celebrating her infectious wit.

The reel was created by Instagram user @prithvi__zaveri, a self-proclaimed Virat Kohli admirer, who dramatically reenacted his “heartbreak” upon hearing Kohli’s candid confession.

In the original interview, Virat spoke earnestly about Anushka being his pillar during his career’s toughest phase. The fan, however, hilariously acted out a melodramatic response, pretending to sob uncontrollably, chopping onions to justify his tears. He even leaned out of a window as if to jump in despair. Set to the viral breakup track "bewafa" by Imran Khan, the reel's caption read, “When Virat Kohli said that only Anushka Sharma supported him during his downfall.”

While the video garnered countless views and laughs on its own merit, what sent it into viral overdrive was Anushka Sharma’s reaction. The actress hit the ‘like’ button. Her engagement was enough to turn the comment section into a celebration of her humour.
