Babil Khan and Malayalam actress Anna Ben to star in Indo-American film Yakshi

Babil Khan, son of the late Irrfan Khan, is set to share the screen with Malayalam actress Anna Ben in the upcoming Indo-American co-production, Yakshi.

She shared a series of pictures with the film's cast and wrote in the caption, “This was truly written in the stars. The makers of Yakshi have yet to reveal key details about the film, including its plot and release date. However, the project is already generating curiosity with its intriguing blend of Indian folklore and modern storytelling.

Written and directed by Karan Sunil, known for his work on the series Code-Switched, Yakshi is an Indo-American co-production backed by Lambe Log Productions and Full Spectrum Features.

Blending Indian folklore with contemporary storytelling, Yakshi is helmed by writer-director Karan Sunil, renowned for his work on the series Code-Switched. The Indo-American co-production is backed by Lambe Log Productions and Full Spectrum Features.

Babil Khan is also gearing up for an upcoming untitled project directed by Sai Rajesh. The romantic drama will also be the debut film of Govinda’s son, Yashvardhan Ahuja.
