Actress Avika Gor, who is till date remembered as the loving Anandi from Balika Vadhu, is now a grown-up girl and is being loved for her work in Bollywood.

The actress returned to the big screen with Vikram Bhatt-directed thriller horror Bloody Ishq, and Avika says she is thankful for getting an opportunity to work with the stalwarts—Mahesh Bhatt and Vikram Bhatt—once again.

In an exclusive conversation with MoneyControl, Avika Gor said she is lucky to be working with the ace directors.

"I'm just so lucky that I get to spend so much time with them. Even just listening to them just makes me feel overwhelmed because it's so much experience that speaks, and there's so much to learn. And that's exactly what I felt when I was on the set," Avika Gor told us.

Avika was all smiles as she joined Vikram Bhatt, Mahesh Bhatt, and her co-actor Vardhaan Puri for a candid chat with MoneyControl.

Talking about her experience of working with the Bhatts, Avika said: "Every day, I was just very excited, of course, for the scenes and the way I have to perform and all of that. But there was something I'm learning for life or how I should be in life, and that they are just such big inspirations for me. It's just it's just so; it's a blessing to just be around them."

Avika also said that she just said yes and that she felt lucky to work with Vikram Bhatt for the second time after 1920: Horrors of Heart last year.

"I think the script, and both of them, chose me, and I just said yes. It was not very difficult for me to say yes when I knew that; they are a part of it, and Vikram Sir himself is going to direct it. I was very excited to work with him. As an actor, you have, like, a list of directors you always want to work with, and he was one of them. So it's just so much excitement that I have for this film, and I'm just very grateful that I got to be a part of their team for the second time. That does not really happen to many actors, so I'll just feel well," she further added.

When we asked Avika about her journey from Balika Vadhu to now as a grown-up actor, she said all that she has heard from fans over the years is 'we are proud of you'.

"I think the reactions that I have received from the audiences have always been on the lines of 'we are proud of you'. We have seen your journey, and we'll look up to you. So, all of this really means a lot to me, and I just want to continue to work really hard and keep my kindness alive. And I should also be aware of the things that I'm achieving and receiving in life. For example, this particular project should, at all times, be extremely thankful," she ended.
