Allu Arjun congratulates his uncle Pawan Kalyan for his big win in Pithapuram, Andhra Pradesh

Allu Arjun expressed his joy for his uncle Pawan Kalyan's victory in the Andhra Pradesh.

 
The Telugu film star was among the first to congratulate Pawan Kalyan on his significant win in the Andhra Pradesh Assembly Elections of 2024. Pawan Kalyan ran from the Pithapuram Assembly constituency in Andhra Pradesh. The actor Pushpa 2 was among the first to congratulate Pawan on his major achievement.

 
On social media, Allu Arjun reached out to Pawan Kalyan and offered his congratulations for his new role. "Outstanding congratulations to @PawanKalyan garu on this remarkable win. Your relentless effort, dedication, and commitment to public service have always been inspiring. Wishing you the best as you embark on your new mission to serve the people," he shared.

 
A few months ago, Allu Arjun sent his blessings and hopes for Pawan Kalyan as the state of Andhra Pradesh was preparing for the elections. "My sincere wishes to @PawanKalyan garu on your political journey. I have always been deeply proud of your decision to dedicate your life to public service. As a family, my love and support will be with you always. My best wishes for realizing all your goals," he expressed in May.

Pawan Kalyan began his political journey in 2008, leading the young members of Praja Rajyam Party, known as Yuvarajyam. However, his health issues forced him to step away from his political activities. He made a comeback in 2014, founding a new political party named the Jana Sena Party (JSP).

Lok sabha

This comeback saw him team up with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Chandrababu Naidu's Telugu Desam Party (TDP) for the Lok Sabha and Andhra Pradesh state legislative elections. As part of an agreement among the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) partners, the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) was given 144 seats in the state legislative assembly and 17 seats in the Lok Sabha, while the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) took on six Lok Sabha and 10 state legislative assembly seats. As part of this agreement, the Jana Sena Party (JSP) contested in two Lok Sabha and 21 state legislative assembly seats.
