Alia Bhatt removes Raha pics from Instagram

Alia Bhatt has made the decision to no longer share her daughter Raha’s face on social media, much to the support of her fans. In recent weeks, Alia has removed all photos that showed Raha's face from her Instagram profile, keeping only those where her daughter’s face is not visible.

When Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor were expecting their first child, they joyfully shared the news with their fans on social media. However, after the birth of their daughter, Raha Kapoor, the couple requested privacy and asked the media to refrain from sharing her pictures—a request that was initially respected.

In December 2023, Raha was introduced to the world on Christmas Day, and since then, she has won hearts with her adorable public appearances, often waving at the paparazzi. However now it seems like Alia wants to keep it a secret all of a sudden.

She has taken down Raha's previously shared images from family trips to Jamnagar and Paris.

Despite this, Raha does still feature in Alia’s social media posts, though her face remains hidden.

For instance, Raha can be seen in Alia’s New Year's Day photo album, but her face is kept out of view. Fans have been understanding and supportive of Alia's choice, with many expressing their agreement on social media platforms like Reddit.

In addition to this, Alia was recently seen approaching the paparazzi and asking them to turn off their cameras. While it's not known what was discussed, fans are guessing that she may have spoken about stopping the paps from taking pictures of Raha in the future.

On another note, there was controversy involving Ranbir Kapoor’s niece, Samaira, who was wrongly accused of being rude and ill-mannered for allegedly pushing her grandmother, Neetu Kapoor, out of the frame. Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, Samaira's mother, quickly cleared the air, stating that these accusations were untrue.

Since her birth in 2022, Raha has won hearts with her adorable appearances, often stealing the show with her “not-impressed” expressions. Alia and Ranbir had introduced her to the world in December 2023, and ever since, she has been a beloved subject in the media.
