Akshay Kumar meets Su from So producer Raj B Shetty; sparks buzz about new project

Recently, several photos of Akshay along with Raj have been surfacing on social media.

Latest Kannada film Su From So has performed exceptionally well at the box office with more than Rs 100 crore grossed till now. Amidst riding high on the success of his latest film, actor-producer Raj B Shetty who stars in the film, met with Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar, and fans can't stop wondering the reason behind it.

Recently, several photos of Akshay along with Raj have been surfacing on social media. As per reports, the photo was clicked at the sets of Haiwaan as the team is busy filming in Ooty.

As reported by Udayvani.com, Sources said Akshay Kumar praised Su From So and expressed interest in working with Raj B Shetty in the future. Reports suggest Akshay told him, “If you have a story, let’s make a film.”

Su From So, which was directed by J.P. Tuminadu, was a big hit with audiences in Kannada and other languages. Because of its original plot, captivating narrative, and excellent technical execution, the movie is currently undergoing a remake.

The story revolves around a small village where a boy's naive crush starts a series of bizarre incidents that make everyone think that a ghost has entered their lives as a result of his feelings. Raj Shetty, Shashidhar Shetty Baroda, and Ravi Rai Kalaa produced the movie.

In the meantime, Akshay Kumar is working on Haiwaan, which marks his 17-year reunion with Saif Ali Khan. The film, which was directed by Priyadarshan, was co-produced by Venkat K. Narayana and Shailaja Desai Fenn and produced by KVN Productions in collaboration with Thespian Films. The initial filming schedule was shot in picturesque Ooty locales and was just finished.

Following their conclusion, Akshay, Saif, and actress Saiyami Kher were seen at the Kalina Airport in Mumbai. After completing their schedule, the three were seen leaving in a video posted to Instagram, beaming broadly. Before leaving for their cars, they even stopped for a moment to pose for photographers.

According to reports, Saif will be seen playing the role of a blind man in the film, while Akshay will be portraying the antagonist.
