Bollywood star Aamir Khan and his girlfriend Gauri Spratt made a chic appearance at the second Macau International Comedy Festival. A number of videos and pictures of the couple's loving public appearance went viral, making their arrival at the event a social media highlight.

One video showed Aamir arriving at the event and stopping to give Gauri his hand, which she held elegantly. The two grinned broadly as they posed for the photographers. Popular Chinese actors Shen Teng and Ma Li also attended the event, joining Aamir and Gauri for group pictures.

All four of them—Aamir, Gauri, Shen Teng, and Ma Li—were seen posing for the cameras and making heart-shaped hand gestures in one specific picture. They were observed having quick chats and laughing together. Aamir accessorized with a black-and-gold shawl and wore a black kurta and white pajamas. In a floral saree, Gauri looked sophisticated and complemented Aamir's traditional attire.

Aamir Khan, Shen Teng, and Ma Li will take part in the festival's closing forum, Laughter is the Best Medicine, which will examine cross-cultural discussions on the social impact and future of comedy, according to GDToday. The festival, which started on April 9, has drawn interest from all over the world.

Shortly after confirming their relationship on the eve of his 60th birthday last month, Aamir made an appearance with Gauri. His birthday celebrations in Mumbai marked the couple's first public appearance.

Introducing her to the media, Aamir said, “I thought it would be a nice occasion for you all to meet her, besides we won't have to keep hiding…She is from Bangalore, and we knew each other for 25 years. But we connected a year-and-half ago. She happened to be in Mumbai and we met accidentally, we kept in touch, and then it all happened organically.”

On the work front, Aamir is preparing for his next movie, Sitaare Zameen Par, which co-stars Genelia D'Souza and is anticipated to be as heartwarming as his earlier emotional dramas.
