UGC NET Result December 2024

The National Testing Agency (NTA) will declare the results for the University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) December 2024 session anytime soon. Once released, candidates who appeared for the exam can access their scorecards on the official website, ugcnet.nta.ac.in.

The UGC NET December 2024 exam was held over multiple days, specifically on January 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 16, 21, and 27, 2025. Following the completion of the examination, the NTA released the provisional answer key on January 31, 2025. Candidates were given the opportunity to raise objections until February 3, 2025, by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs. 200 per question.

The NTA assured candidates that all challenges to the provisional answer key would be reviewed by a panel of subject experts. If any objections were found valid, the answer key would be revised accordingly. However, the agency clarified that it would not individually notify candidates about the acceptance or rejection of their challenges.

The final results will be prepared based on the revised answer key, incorporating necessary changes after the objection window closed. Alongside the results, the NTA will also released the subject-wise and category-wise cut-off marks, which are crucial for determining eligibility for Assistant Professor and Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) roles.
